What’s the process?
Discovery
Fill out the intake form and set up a consultation call so we can discuss your needs and determine how best to proceed. I’ll help you book your first session and you’ll receive an email confirmation with all of the details.
Hypnosis Session
All sessions are held over video call. We’ll start with going over any questions you might have. Then you’ll get comfortable in your own private space, free of distractions and disturbances, while I guide you through the hypnosis session.
Follow Up
I’ll check back within a week after your last session. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, any areas where you think additional support could help you, and celebrate your progress!

Yes, most everyone can go into a hypnotic state. You just need to be able to use your imagination and follow verbal directions.

We’ll start with a conversation clarifying the changes you hope to bring about with the session. Then, once you find a private, comfortable seat, I’ll guide you into a state of deep relaxation. While I talk, you’ll follow along in your mind, absorbing the positive and gentle suggestions related to your desired changes. After guiding you out of the hypnotic state, we’ll have an opportunity to briefly talk about the session and discuss what’s next.
In the hypnotic state, you control all of your actions, you can hear everything around you and your senses are aware. You are conscious, awake, and fully participating.
